Jay Niland has over 15 years experience in Research and Development; inventing novel ways to solve problems, designing and producing functional prototypes, making refinements which lead to a finished product for manufacture.  Computer problem solving, network and website development are also areas of expertise.

Skills include electronic circuit design (analog and digital), LED Lighting, solar electrification;
Electro-Mechanical design including open & closed loop motor driving and control, linear and rotational loads, inertial optimization.;
Computer / PC programming including C++, assembly code; Basic/VB, website development, computer modeling, ORCAD Schematic CAD, all M/S Office products;
Basic to advanced physics including photonics/optics, pneumatics, fluids, dynamics & kinematics;
Chemistry: basic organic / inorganic theories
